Sorry for very late response. Quite busy lately.
For a quick answer to your question:-
i) To do animation - for a walkthru animation u must create a path for your camera and apply path constraint to the camera and pick the path u just created. But, u must set your animation length (1200-1500 frames) first before u do this.
ii) After u render your animation in avi - uncompressed format, installed Adobe Premier CS3. In Premier u can include ur animation that u just rendered, music background and sound effects.
